Honesty over promises.
If it does not ship, the site does not claim it does. The landing page has been rewritten more than once to strip claims we could not yet stand behind.
We built OttoCentral because keeping five Seller Central tabs open to answer questions that should take one screen made Monday mornings unbearable. It stayed built because other sellers wrote to say they had the same problem.
Cross-border Amazon sellers already do the hard part: sourcing, logistics, listings, customer service. What they should not also do is switch accounts to know which marketplace is running low on OTTO-3247 or which order came in from amazon.de at 14:24.
The Selling Partner API can answer both of those questions in one call. The gap has never been technical. The gap has been that nobody built a serious multi-marketplace panel on top of it that is honest about what it does and does not do.
That is what we build. Two things: inventory and orders, per marketplace, unified in one login. Anything the site does not call a feature is not a feature yet.
Four small commitments that we try to make every product decision against.
If it does not ship, the site does not claim it does. The landing page has been rewritten more than once to strip claims we could not yet stand behind.
Amazon runs each marketplace as its own account. We respect that model instead of pretending we can flatten it. Switching is one click, but each view is faithful to the marketplace it represents.
There is no ticket queue. You email [email protected], a person replies within a business day, and the reply comes from someone who can act on it.
Every marketplace connection is your own Amazon OAuth. No scraping, no shared credentials, no browser extension impersonating your login. If Amazon can see it, it is because you asked us to look.
Letter from the founder
Hello. I am Uğur, and OttoCentral is what I have been building with a small team for cross-border Amazon sellers.
The company is registered as Road Runner Software Development Company LLC in Rochester, NY. The reason it looks like a small operation is that it is one. There are a few of us working on this, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend we are a hundred.
The product does two things today. It gives you inventory per marketplace and orders per marketplace, all in one place, connected to Amazon via SP-API. Everything else is roadmap and clearly labelled as such. We will add features when they are ready, not to hit a marketing calendar.
If you sell on Amazon and this reads like it might save you an hour a week, write to me. I read the mail, I reply within a day, and I will tell you honestly whether OttoCentral is the right tool for your setup.
Small on purpose. Everyone here writes code, ships product, and reads their own email. No middle layer between you and the person who can fix the thing.
Points at the code, watches the pipeline, signs the checks.
Fluent in SQL, quiet otherwise.
Ships code by day, herds tickets by afternoon.
Breaks it in one branch, fixes it in another.
Working hours track US Eastern, with enough overlap for sellers in Europe and the UK. If you write, someone reads it within one business day and answers from a person, not a template.
One email opens your mail client with the right address in the To field.
